General Schedule
A schedule of classes will be posted each evening by 7 PM for class sign up. It’s a good idea to check the class board again the following morning in case of any changes.
Wednesday
Arrival Day. Campsite setup, opportunities to chat with instructors and explore the site. We will not be providing any meals on this day.
2:00 pm Registration Opens for early site setup and it remains open until dark
Dinner is on your own.
Provided Meals, Continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner, will begin Thursday.
Dusk: An evening fire will be provided on Wednesday Evening at the ‘acoustic fire’ area. (See site map). Instructors will be around for Q/A. Come out and meet everyone.
Thursday
7:30-8:30 am Continental Breakfast (self serve)
9:00 am Morning Circle – Gather for orientation and descriptions of class offerings ~ Ceremonial Starting of the Central Fire ~ Listen for the Conch!
10:00 am Classes begin
12:30 Lunch
2:00 pm Afternoon Classes begin
5:00 pm Tea Time
6:30 pm Supper

Note: Site clean up and breakdown will begin about lunch and will continue after closing ceremony. Cambium Crew will be working during this time. Please feel free to pitch in and learn the exquisite arts of making one of these events happen. There are many skills to be learned! Cheers to the crew! If you wish to help the breakdown crew, there may be something in it for you.
Additional Notes
A Continental Breakfast, lunch, and dinner beginning Thursday through breakfast Sunday are provided. Meals on Wednesday (arrival day) and snacks are on your own. Please plan accordingly. Plates, bowls, forks, knives and spoons are not provided. Please bring your own, and keep them sanitary while you are here. (i.e. “don’t touch the thing to the thing!”)
